-Ambulatory or semi-ambulatory
-Capable of basic self-care
-Continent or manageable incontinence
-Able to adapt to group setting


Admission Process

Self-referral, physician referral, or community referral. Scheduled assessment interview with participant and caregiver. Medical examination report required upon enrollment.

Services Provided

Lunch catered by CUMC, snacks, exercise, active and passive games, discussion groups, reminiscent therapy, current events, music therapy, pet visits, arts and crafts, intergenerational contact, gardening, travelogues, guest speakers, educational programs, etc.
Field training site for various area student interns.


$70 assessment fee
$67 daily fee
